Assistant Manager (Quality Control) in a Reputable Company

Position: Assistant Manager (Quality Control) (REF: HR/ADM 01)

 

Key Responsibilities:

The appointee will amongst other things be responsible for:

  • Production Sampling and testing, product analysis and control
  • Packaging Materials analysis
  • Online process control, raw materials analysis and control
  • Assist in the establishment of new analytical procedures as required by new development and legislation
  • Assist in the development of new packaging, calibration and standardization of equipment used for analysis.
  • Liaising and coordinating deviation between quality control, production, purchasing, engineering and marketing.
  • Investigate and research on online product and equipment improvements.
  • Liaison with SON, NAFDAC, weights and measure on food legislation and regulatory matters.
  • Any other assigned job.

 

 

Requirements:

The Suitable candidate must possess:

  • B.Sc./HND Food Science Tech, Chemistry or Microbiology.
  • Minimum of 12 years experience and not more than 40 years
  • Strong Analytical Skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills              Computer Literate.
