Position: Business Development Executives
Location: Delta
Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and expansion for the assigned market
- Manage existing market share as assigned and source new clients
- Provide a superior level of customer relations and service monitoring; maintain and develop close support between the clientele and the organization in all aspects of the business and efficient service delivery to customers
- Advise clients of appropriate covers for line of business within assigned market
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum four years relevant exp or financial services sector.
- Proven track record in business development and marketing
- Good administrative, organization and planning skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and/or Social Sciences
- A higher degree would be an added advantage

- Advise clients of appropriate covers for line of business within assigned market
- Ensure renewals of business and adequate documentation
- Prepare weekly report of activities
- Assist and perform other duties relevant to the post and as may be assigned from time to time
- Support with office administrative and marketing functions within the Unit
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum four years relevant experience in Insurance or financial services sector
- Proven track record in business development and marketing
- Good administrative, organizational and planning skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and/or Social Sciences
- A higher degree would be an added advantage
