Position: Business Development Executives

 

Location: Delta

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development and expansion for the assigned market
  • Manage existing market share as assigned and source new clients
  • Provide a superior level of customer relations and service monitoring; maintain and develop close support between the clientele and the organization in all aspects of the business and efficient service delivery to customers
  • Advise clients of appropriate covers for line of business within assigned market

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum four years relevant exp or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record in business development and marketing
  • Good administrative, organization and planning skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and/or Social Sciences
  • A higher degree would be an added advantage

  • Advise clients of appropriate covers for line of business within assigned market
  • Ensure renewals of business and adequate documentation
  • Prepare weekly report of activities
  • Assist and perform other duties relevant to the post and as may be assigned from time to time
  • Support with office administrative and marketing functions within the Unit

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum four years relevant experience in Insurance or financial services sector
  • Proven track record in business development and marketing
  • Good administrative, organizational and planning skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and/or Social Sciences
  • A higher degree would be an added advantage
