Position: Chief Executive Officer (Ref: B/001/01/11)
Location: Ibadan
Requirement
- The ideal candidate for this position should be aged between 45-55 years and must possess a University degree or its equivalent in Estate Management with at least 15 -20 years practice in a reputable organization; seven of which must be at a top management level.
- Registration with and the affairs of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers are prerequisite.
- In addition the candidate should be articulate with excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills and possess general management capabilities with confidence to relate at the highest level in the trade community.
- The candidate would also be expected to be familiar with the legal and regulatory practices and procedures relating to property management in Nigeria.
- The candidate must be computer literate.
Position: Maintenance Manager (Ref: B/002/01/11)
Location: Ibadan
Requirement
- The ideal candidate should not be less than 35 years, must possess a university degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years working experience in Building industry or Property/Facility company and should be conversant with relevant Building Bye-Laws in operation within me industry.
- He will supervise a team of Electrical, Civil and Mechanical Technicians
