Position:     Data Entry Officer (Ref: UT/03/11)

 

As a data entry officer it’s your job to update computer systems and in archives. It’s an mportant role as information in these systems is only valuable if it is accurate, up to date and useable. Female candidate are encouraged.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • To verify information, and ensure data entry into the ERP/ other software.
  • Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete.
  • Verifying, correcting, deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources before entering into a tiles.
  • Entering information into specific files or forms from recorded material, hand written pages or figures contained in printed files.
  • Deciphering sloppy handwriting, garbled recordings, or faded text and transforming into digital data and make entry into relevant software.
  • Keeping records of tasks, files and proofread reports.
  • Checking completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/HND.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer usage with excellent knowledge of MS Package (Word, Excel, Access, and Power point)

 

 

Position:     Sales Administrator (Ref: UT/04/11)

 

As a Sales Administrator you will be required to provide quality administrative services to support the Sales team fast racking transactions, stock monitoring and coordination with Despatch and logistics.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Preparation of all Documents Waybill/ Store Requisition / Invoice. Purchase Order and Quotations.
  • Documentation Maintenance of Filing System (Credit Review Forms etc)
  • Collection of all documents post despatch for Credit Sales to complete case file.
  • Payment collection support to sales.
  • ERP tasks related to sales execution.
  • Quotations for walk in customers.

 

Requirements:

  • Graduates.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer usage with excellent knowledge of MS Package (Word, Excel, Access, and Power point)
