Position: Executive Director – Education
With a diverse ownership and a clear Christian orientation, the group operates educational institutions from pre-school to Advanced Level, each of which enjoys wide patronage by satisfied families and good word of mouth. Its relatively youthful alumni constitute an impressive gallery.
The top management team personnel are provided accommodation within die school premises as well as most of the staff. Each school has a school head supported by experienced deputies. These school heads report to the Executive Director who reports to die Board of Governors.
Applicants for this position will be Nigerians or expatriates, aged 45 and above, with a relevant first and further degrees/diplomas and who have a continuing interest and engagement in education. In addition, they must have a track record in teaching plus a solid experience in educational management and general administration, familiarity with current trends and regulation especially in secondary education, awareness of evidenced – based practices as well as excellent ICT literacy are required.
