A Facility Management Company is recruiting for the following positions for immediate placement:
Position: Facility Manager
Qualification
- Degree in a related field, Masters Degree will be an advantage
Experience:
- At least 15 years experience in Facility Management
Skills: Strong project management Skills
Key role: Manage the entire facility, etc.
Position: Divisional Heads, Leasing
Qualification:
- Degree in a related field, Masters Degree will be an added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years post NYSC.
- Experience in Facility Management will be an advantage.
Competencies: Management Skills
Key role: Oversee the Leasing dept/collection of rent & service charge, etc
