Position: Front Line Desk Officer

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Receives and checks m guests
  • Guest relations

 

Min. Qualification

  • OND in any discipline plus 2 years in a frontline position in the hospitality or other related businesses

 

Position: Store Keeper

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for basic book-keeping to ensure adequate stock management
  • Periodic stocktaking
  • Manages stock issues to ensure optimal usage for day to day running of the hotel

 

Min. Qualification

  • OND in any field plus 3 years relevant experience in FMCG organisation

 

Position: Waiters

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensures effective service delivery to guests.
  • Ensures require service level agreements are met and customer satisfaction.

 

Min. Qualification

  • Senior Secondary School Certificate.
  • Excellent oral communication skills
