Position: Front Line Desk Officer
Roles and Responsibilities
- Receives and checks m guests
- Guest relations
Min. Qualification
- OND in any discipline plus 2 years in a frontline position in the hospitality or other related businesses
Position: Store Keeper
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for basic book-keeping to ensure adequate stock management
- Periodic stocktaking
- Manages stock issues to ensure optimal usage for day to day running of the hotel
Min. Qualification
- OND in any field plus 3 years relevant experience in FMCG organisation
Position: Waiters
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensures effective service delivery to guests.
- Ensures require service level agreements are met and customer satisfaction.
Min. Qualification
- Senior Secondary School Certificate.
- Excellent oral communication skills
