Human Resources Manager/ Legal Adviser at a Company

Our client a leading name in the auto industry with Headquarters in Lagos, requires the services of well experienced and qualified candidates for the following positions:

 

Position:     Human Resources Manager/ Legal Adviser

Job Specification:

  • Ability to work in a standard office environment.
  • Ability to occasionally work outdoors.
  • Ability to plan, organize, administer; review of day to day activities.
  • Develop and implement techniques for improving human resources processes.
  • Evaluate alternatives to tackling issues and make appropriate and creative recommendations.
  • Plan, assign and supervise the work of a staff of professional, technical and clerical employees.
  • Recognize and resolve problems of sensitive nature.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and the public on behalf of the company.

 

Qualification:

  • Must Have an LL.B or its equivalent in Law or a degree in Administration/ Humanities.
  • Must possess Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience of which 5 years should be in the senior management level
  • Must be knowledgeable in computer applications related to Human resources including word processing, spreadsheets and database applications.
  • Must be 40 years and above.
