Position: Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist
Location: Kebbi State
The success of the MSH Pro-ACT project depends largely on accurate, complete and timely reporting of achievements to PEPFAR/USAID. Achievement of set targets is of utmost importance. Hence, the objective of the M&E Specialist position is to provide technical leadership in the roll-out of MSH Pro-ACT M&E plan in the States integrating it with other health systems and generating strategic data for program management, reporting and documentation of best practices.
Management Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the roll-out of MSH Pro-ACT M&E plan in line with PEPFAR and national reporting requirements.
- Serve as member of the State Project Management Team responsible for overall project performance.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Epidemiology or related field with focus on monitoring and evaluation and/or Biostatistics.
- At least 2 years hand-on-experience in monitoring and evaluation with very good analytical, presentation, communication and reporting skills.
- Significant experience in developing monitoring plans and/or management information systems 2 years of which spent working with NGOs in an African setting.
- Excellent inter-personal, multi-cultural and team building skills.
- Strong computer skills particularly in spreadsheets, database and statistical applications.
- Significant experience working in HI V/AIDS programs in Nigeria.

Position: Program Associate
Location: Abuja
The objective of the Program Associate position is lead the coordination of project work in consultation with the Chief of Party and Advisors. This position will also link logistics with the technical program work with support from the Project Advisors and the Directors.
Qualifications:
- Basic degree in any field with at least 2 years’ experience working in a dynamic Civil Society Organization. S he will have strong office and organizational skills with competence to set priorities and multi-task in a time-sensitive environment. The candidate must be highly creative, witty and able to undertake complex tasks with minimal support. Writing and communication skills will be an added advantage. Team skills and comfort with computer word processing, spread sheets and presentation software are a must. Agility working with electronic calendars (outlook or Google or other) and file management on networked system are added advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse staff, clients and consultants.
