Nasarawa State Community and Social Development Agency (NSCSDA) invites application from suitably qualified candidates from the public and private sectors for recruitment to fill the positions below in the Nasarawa State Community and Social Development Agency (NSCSDA)

 

Position: Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The M & E Manager shall be charged with the responsibility of evaluating all Planning activities of the state Agency.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of records of all types of data and information on the Agency activities
  • Overseeing the Monitoring and Evaluation department of the Agency and coordinating the activities of the MIS and M&E units
  • Providing guidelines and guidance for the operations of the MIS an M&E units for them to meet the expectations of the Agency
  • Linking with the LGRC and other Departments of the Agency for M&E purposes and working with the communities to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of CDPs and micro project
  • Prepare Annual Work-plan and Budget for the department
  • Design field data collection and collation format for the Agency
  • Develop Terms of Reference and provide guidance for all M&E studies
  • Liaising with the Operations and Finance and Administration Departments to collect and collate data for tracking of key activities in the Agency(Budget performance, Financial matters like costing/pricing of CSDP activities in the State operations, etc) and
  • Providing cumulative records, analysts and statistics of activities over time to guide operations and provide information base for planning and future evaluation. Ensuring that records and project data are up to date.

 

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • A University Degree in Agriculture, Statistics, Social Sciences, Engineering, Extension Services or Project Management, with at least ton years post qualification experience.
  • Previous experience in planning, project monitoring and evaluation, and information management shall be an added advantage. Applicant must be computer literate.

 

 

Position:     Secretary to the General Manager

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager as a Personal Assistant/Confidential Secretary.
  • Provide secretarial assistance e.g. prepare all letters, memorandum and any requisite document for the General Manager.
  • Organize itineraries, meetings and related schedules.
  • Maintain adequate filling system for all mails and correspondence of the General Manager.

 

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree/HND in Secretarial Administration, Computer skills – presentations internet and Microsoft office packages, s/he must have at least seven (7) years secretarial experience
