To consolidate its current strategic expansion drive and as part of our growing vision, Dangote Cement Plc is seeking to recruit seasonal candidates for the following vacant positions in its sales and marketing Team
Position: Sales Officers (Refs No: DCPSA 012)
Responsibilities:
Sell the organization’s products and provide consistent and quality customer service to customers
Person Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a related discipline
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience
- In-depth understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulations, and legislations relating to the cement manufacturing industry
- Excellent knowledge of DCP’s product and service offerings
- Basic understanding of micro and macroeconomic indices and their impact on business.
- Very good communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyse and solve problems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good customer service orientation.
Position: Technical Support Relationship Officers (Refs No: DCPSA 013)
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assistance on product use to DCP Nigeria’s corporate clients.
Person Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in civil engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience
- In-depth understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulations and legislations relating to the cement manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of DCP’s product and service offerings
- Good knowledge product requirement for various concrete mixers.
- Very good communication and relationship management skills
- Good customer service and people management skills
- Good data gathering and analysis skills.
