Position: School Principal
Candidates for the above position must as a matter of necessity:
- Be able to respond to the challenges of leading the school and demonstrate thorough knowledge of all aspects of teaching and learning processes
- Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of school management
- Be able to cultivate and maintain good working relationship with pupils/students, staff and parents
- Have proven integrity and credibility in handling school-based resources
- Have skills in gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and information on school matters
- Be creative and visionary individual with proven management skills
- Be computer literate and demonstrate a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates for the position above must hold First Degree in Education and possess over 10 years experience in a reputable school either as Principal or Vice Principal.
- Preference will be given to applicants with either Post Graduate Diploma in Education and/or Masters Degree in Education Admin/Management.
