Our client, an Abuja based Group of Companies with subsidiaries in Construction, Oil & Gas, and ICT requires competent Team Leaders in some of their key positions as a result of expansion.
Position: Team Leader (HR/Admin)
Core Essentials:
- Accurate and Effective administration
- Promote the safety and health of the workforce.
- Develop a superior workforce.
- Develop the Human Resources Department.
- Develop an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Qualification
- First degree in any of the Social Sciences, with second degree in H.R.
- Professional Membership of relevant Institutes. Attendance of Conferences.
Experience
- A minimum of 10 years experience, with the last 5 spent in H.R. Managerial Level.
Position: Team Leader (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Building and Structural Engineering)
- Lead cross section teams of Engineers / Artisans and Technicians in respective Departments.
Qualification:
- In addition to preferred general qualification of First and Second degrees, Professional Memberships and personal project supervisions are essential
Experience:
- Ten years experience with the last five in major projects is required. In particular, Specific experience in Dam construction may be an added advantage.
