Qualification: at least MSc
Cognate experience: at least 6 years
Age: not less than 36 years
Key personal attribute: leadership, team player, scientific
Key attribute desired on job
- Strong architectural details, strong awareness of standard quality procedures in building construction and must be able to draw up project workmanship quality plan and implement strategy to monitor and enforce same, good quality artisan network
Position: Quantity Surveyor
Qualification: HND/B.Sc
Cognate experience: at least 4 years
Age: not less than 33 years
Key personal attribute: leadership, team player, numerate Key attribute desired on job
Accuracy of bite, execution budget and strategic monitoring and compliance, materials and labor prices, material supplier network
