Position:     Architects [WFM005]

The Role:

The role of the Architect is to design buildings and other structures and ensure they are functional, safe, economical and suit the needs of the end user

 

Requirement:

  • A good Bachelor’s degree in Architecture – B.Arc. or M.Sc Architecture;
  • Minimum of 4 years practical experience in a Construction company (ARGON)
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models

 

Position:     Equipment Manager [WFM006]

The Rote:

This role is responsible for ensuring that all equipment used by the company is functioning properly and that the equipment follows industry guidelines. The Equipment Manager directs, coordinates and supervises all mechanical maintenance and workshop activities in the Organization.

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, MBA highly preferred.
  • 4 – 5 years of experience in maintenance management and repair of a wide range of heavy equipment (trucks and bulldozers inclusive).
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and company operations will be an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in Equipment Maintenance Management.
  • Previous Mechanical Repair experience and Formal training on Heavy Equipment
  • Advance knowledge on mobile Electrical and Hydraulic systems
  • Critical thinking capacity; knowledge of solid truck and heavy equipment, field circumstances and Computer
