A fast growing property development company based in Lagos requires candidates to fill the post of:
Position: Project Engineer
The Role:
To manage all construction activities on building projects with contractors from initial site investigation to final completion.
To ensure that the project scope is delivered in accordance with overall program plans, design, specification quality and budget constraint.
To ensure that the most efficient and well assured construction solutions are employed at all times.
The Person:
- Candidates must have HND or Higher degree in Building Engineering or construction.
- At least Seven years experience in building construction. Three of which must have been with a major building firm.
- Experience in material specification and management, quality analysis and estimation.
- Experience in the use of Spreadsheet, Autocad and Microsoft project software.
- Must be between 25 and 40 years.
