Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions below in NERDC National Model School (PRIMARY SCHOOL SECTION):
Position: Head Teacher, Primary School
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree (at least 2nd Class Upper) in Education;
- Possession of Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Planning will be an advantage;
- Candidates must possess demonstrable ICT skills
- Cognate experience of at least 15 years in teaching and school administration will be required,
- Candidates on salary below CONRAISS 12 need not apply.
Position: Assistant Head Teacher, Primary School
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degrees (at least 2nd Class upper) in Education;
- Possession of Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Planning will be an advantage
- Candidates must possess demonstrable ICT skills
- Cognate experience of at least 12 years in teaching and school administration will be required
- Candidates on salary below CONRAISS 11 need not apply
Position: Classroom Teachers
In the following subject areas:
Science, Technology, Mathematics, Civic Education, English, French, Agriculture and Computer/ICT
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess NCE in Education in any of the above areas;
- Candidates must possess demonstrable ICT skills
- Applications MUST NOT be more than 30 years of age.
