Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for appointment into the following teaching staff positions in the University of Uyo, Uyo.
Position: Principal Engineer (Civil): CONTISS 11 (N984, 105.00 – N1, 386, 335.00)
The candidate must possess:
(i) a good Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, not below Second Class Lower Division;
(ii) must be registered with the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) as well as possess the ability to perform within the University System;
(iii) At least six (6) years post qualification cognate experience in a reputable Organization.
Position: Principal Engineer (Electrical): CONTISS 11 (N984, 105.00- N1, 386335.00)
The candidate must possess:
(i) A good Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, not below Second Class Lower Division;
(ii) must be registered with the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) as well as possess the ability to perform within the University System;
(iii) At least nine (9) years post qualification cognate experience in a reputable Organization.

Evidence of retirement from Police/Military Service shall be attached in the case of post of a Chief Security Officer.
