Position: Electrical Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure assets are maintained in a “Safe to operate” condition at all times while promoting all aspects of safe working practices to meet all safety and housekeeping objectives of the plant.
- To optimize the Diaper Manufacturing process through the design of new Electrical/Electronic process control systems together with optimization/maintenance of existing process control systems in order to achieve optimum plant and process reliability.
- To plan, organize and control Electrical Projects.
- Identify issues and opportunities for improvement through modifications and upgrades.
Competencies:
- Above average computer literacy is required.
- Excellent PLC programming and drives skills(Siemens/Allan Bradley/Rockwell)
- Excellent project management skills.
Qualification:
- Minimum of a B.Sc Degree/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent tertiary education.
- Minimum of 5 years previous engineering and maintenance experience in FMCG environment
Position: Mechanical Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure assets are maintained in a “Safe to operate” condition at all times while promoting all aspects of safe working practices to meet all safety and housekeeping objectives of the plant.
- To optimise the Diaper Manufacturing process through the design of new mechanical process systems together with optimization/maintenance of existing process systems in order to achieve optimum plant and process reliability.
- To plan, organize and control Mechanical Projects.
- Identify issues and opportunities for improvement through modifications and upgrades.
Competencies
- Above average computer literacy is required.
- Prior experience working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) would be an advantage
- Previous knowledge of Diaper manufacturing machines would be an advantage
Qualification:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. Degree/HHD in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent tertiary education
- Minimum of 5 years previous engineering and maintenance experience in FMCG environment.
