Position: Business Manager (Ref: 015)

 

Job Purpose:

  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
  • Must have served in a similar capacity for 3 years.
  • Must hold 6 yrs. post-degree work experience

 

Major Duties:

Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners

Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Job Purpose:

Serves Customers by providing information, resolving service problems.

Must be a female fresh graduate, which has satisfactorily completed NYSC.

 

Duties:

  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Position: Sales Manager (Ref: 020)

Job Purpose:

Sells products by implementing sales plans; supervising sales staff. Must have 10yrs. successful sales experience in TELECOMS, AUTO or IT Industry

 

Duties:

  • Meet sales target
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Completes regional sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
