Vacancies: Zonal Coordinators, Enlightenment Officers

Position: Zonal Coordinators (CODE 6A)
Reports directly to Chief Finance Officer/other Heads of Departments.
Responsibilities:
- Works and coordinates the HMO activities in the Zonal Offices situated in 6 geo-political zones of the country (Enugu South-East, Lagos South-West, Port Harcourt South-South, Kano North-West, Gombe North-East, Sokoto North- West).
- Daily running of the offices in these zones and administration of HMO policies/Medicare to beneficiaries/dependents at those locations.
- Inter-phasing with Retainer ship hospitals for industrial best practice on the hospital standards, pharmacology and response time to patients.
- Custodian of office equipment/vehicles for smooth operation of HMO at those locations.
- Good knowledge of HMO related business and quality implementation to achieve sustained turnaround time.
Requirements:
- Minimum of First degree or its equivalent in Medicare or Health related field.
- Post-Graduate qualification in Public Health, Health Management, Financing or related fields.
- Knowledge of Statistical/Epidemiological tools such as SPSS, Epi info, MS tools.
- Minimum of 6 years post-graduation working experience in the relevant field.
- Local knowledge of the language in the zone of interest is an added advantage.
- Good leadership skills, good conduct and highly motivated.
Position: Enlightenment Officers (CODE 7A)
Reports directly to the Head Enlightenment/PRO.
Responsibilities:
- Sensitizes the public on the Organizations oversight functions.
- Registration of all beneficiaries and their dependents and coordinates with the service providers.
- Receives complaints and directly relates with the medial services department for immediate solution.
- Liaise with NHIS and coordinate enlightenment of beneficiaries and their right to the HMO services.
- Travels to rural communities to sensitize would be beneficiaries at their place of primary assignment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc in Marketing, Public Administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in any Marketing or Public Relation outfit
- Good communication and presentation skills with a drive to convince
- Certification in or membership in Marketing Professional bodies would be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and proficient in the use of MS working tools.
