Position: Senior System Support Engineer: (CODE 4B)
Reports to the Head, ICT
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the daily running of the ICT infrastructure in Head Office and Zonal Offices
- Data Management, Networking. Software installations and Hardware maintenance.
- Identify, develop and implement ICT in line with organizations polices and needs
- Hosting of Organization’s websites/Servers
- Review and upgrades of ICT working tools in line with industry best practice.
Requirements:
- Minimum of first Degree or its equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in or Professional membership of ICT related bodies is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Database, Oracle, Statistical/Epidemiological tools is key
- Minimum of 6 years post-graduation working experience in ICT related field is needed.
- Attendance of related courses/workshops/seminars. Certifications are also required.
Position: Quality Assurance Officer (CODE 3B)
Reports to the Head, Medical Services/Quality Assurance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees that quality Medicare is administered to the beneficiaries of HMO
- Reviews procedures/prescriptions/drug administration among Retainership clinics across the country.
- Medically versatile with knowledge of rear ailments that may occur in the course of the reviews.
- Must be conversant with medical industry best practice to sustain standards and for HMO beneficiaries/dependents
- Must be proficient in the use of modern Statistical/Epidemiological tools and medical Softwares and see that they are administered to HMO beneficiaries
Requirements:
- Minimum of First degree or its equivalent in Medicine or Health related field
- Post-Graduate qualification in Public Health, Health Management, Health financing or related disciplines would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Statistical/Epidemiological tools such as SPSS, Epi info, Microsoft Power point etc.
- Minimum of 6 years post-graduation working experience in the relevant field.
- Certification in or Professional membership of health. Management or related bodies
- Attendance of related Courses/Workshops/Seminars would also count.
Position: Underwriting Officer (CODE 5B)
Reports to the Head Underwriter
Responsibilities:
Supports the Head Underwriter and responsibilities are that of Code 5A above.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years working experience in an Insurance of Health related field
- Minimum of First degree in Actuarial Sciences, Insurance or related field.
- Certification or professional membership in Insurance, Actuarial Sciences or related bodies.
- Must be proficient in the use of MS working tools, and good in report writing.
