Vacancies: Subsea/Project Engineers, Contract/Commercial Officer
A marine contracting and subset inspection, maintenance and repair company, based in Port-Harcourt is seeking to recruit qualified Nigerians to pursue a career with her by filling the following vacant positions
Position: Subsea/Project Engineers
REF-SPE-SCR/01/2013
Experience
- Minimum 5years relevant experience of subsea systems in the upstream oil and gas industry required
- Sound understanding of subsea systems
- Good understanding of project management controls and procedures
- Solid work knowledge of relevant oil and gas industry engineering codes and standards
- Sound understanding of HSEQ Management System
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering with a Master’s Degree in Subsea Engineering or Offshore Engineering
Position: Contract/Commercial Officer
Ref: CO-SCR/02/2013
Experience
- Impressive experience in commercial contract review/drafting and negotiation or any related legal issues.
- Knowledge of Legal and contractual laws governing projects
- Competent in written and oral communication in English
- High proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Minimum qualification:
- LL.M, B.L, with at least 5 years post call experience
