Position: Associate Director for Operation Research/Monitoring/Evaluation

MSH seeks an Associate Director for operation Research/Monitoring & Evaluation for the Plan-Health project, which will focus on building the capacity of Nigerian civil society organizations (CSOs) and government agencies at the state and local level to take ownership and responsibility for HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment. It also applies lessons learned from capacity building to better forster sustainable changes in the Nigerian Health System

Position: Technical Advisor, Monitoring/evaluation
Location: Abuja
The Technical Advisor – Monitoring and Evaluation, supervises the smooth day-to-day operation of PLAN-Health’s monitoring and evaluation activities, and PLAN-Heath’s M&E capacity building activities. (S)he works wilt the M&E officer, and PLAN-Health’s Multi-Functional Teams (MFTs) to coordinate these activities.
The Technical Advisor also serves as a resource for identifying best practices, lessons learned, and innovative approaches to institutional capacity building of M&E systems, and for disseminating this information both internally and externally. The Technical Advisor will exercise impeccable professional ethics, and will be aware of and adhere to MSH’s procurement integrity standards in all activities.
