Position: Country Director
Responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership and oversight for FHI 360 country operations, including the management of FHI 360’s portfolio.
- Monitor programs, projects, and sub projects (as applicable) to achieve financial, administrative, and programmatic goals.
- Lead in-country business development and resource development efforts.
- Oversee production of timely and accurate financial and programmatic reports to FHI 360 and donors, as required.
Qualifications include:
- Candidates must have BS/BA and 13-15 yrs relevant exp with international development programs, including 7-9 yrs of supervisory experience; overseas field experience required. Able to travel within country or region and internationally, as needed.
