Position: Farm Manager
- He would be responsible for developing and implementing short & long term goals of the farm as a business, taking advantage of modern farming methods and techniques, adopting measures to benefit from government initiatives in agriculture, & ensuring the growth & profitability of the farm
Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- B.Sc. or its equivalent in Agricultural Sciences, Agricultural Economics or Social Sciences
- Possession of any professional certification in Agriculture & MBA will be an advantage
- 5 – 10 years cognate senior management experience
- Communication and interpersonal relation skills
- Candidates should not be less than 35 years old
