Vacancies: Marketing Manager, Production Manager
Our client, a key player in the Automotive Battery and Accessories manufacturing sub-sector of our economy, with her plant in Nnewi, Anambra State currently undergoing restructuring requires qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following vacant positions:
Position: Marketing Manager
- Marketer who will head the marketing function to manage the envisaged growth.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and implementing marketing strategies, including advertising & PR.
- Developing annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales team, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
- Managing the Marketing Budget and delivering all marketing activity within agreed budget.
- Planning and implementing sales and customer retention and development.
- Managing, training and motivating direct reporting staff according to company procedures and policy.
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical marketing activities.
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Marketing or in any of the Social Sciences
- Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills m Must be computer literate and a good team player
- Not more than 35 years old,
Position: Production Manager
Job Description:
The right candidate will be responsible for:
- Accomplishing monthly and weekly production plans according to schedule
- Controlling production process and production facilities
- Ensuring that all standard yields are maintain by production lines
- Ensuring that all production equipment is maintained in good working order
- Ensuring the general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the manufacturing areas
Requirements
- B.Eng./HND in Mechanical/Electrical/Petrochemical Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Must be computer literate and a good team player
- Not more than 30 years old,
