Our Firm, an allied construction company requires the services of:
Position: Technical Salesperson /Application Engineers
Responsibilities of this demanding position include the following:
- Identifying new customers and Construction Products applications, continual follow-up with existing customers, processing reports from quote to sales, attending trade shows, creating effective technical presentations and preparing technical proposals detailing company products and services.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or Material Science Course.
- Must have 2-5 years sales experience in the building industry and possess the ability to work with clients.
- Must be target driven, a team player and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
- Must be able to multi-task effectively, willing to travel and understand diverse stages of the building construction.
- Must have excellent customer presence and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to write accurate comprehensive Reports.
- Ability to bring innovative “out-of-the box” solutions to problems
- A working knowledge of computer software for word processing, graphics and spread sheets is also required.
Remuneration:
The successful candidates will be provided a salary commensurate with experience, other incentives include but not limited to bonus opportunities and a family-friendly work environment.
