Position: Sales Manager
Scope and Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for the delivery of professional customer care services and achievement of predefined sales targets in the designated area. Strive towards performance improvement in order to make a positive contribution to the successful performance ot Arik Air.
The Role
- Lead, manage and inspire a committed as well as motivated sales team in a very competitive market
- Generate maximum profitable revenues and passenger volumes for Arik Air through directing and focusing the sales team to an agreed plan and activity,
- Establish the presence of the airline as a major quality brand in Nigeria.
Competencies
The preferred candidate should demonstrate high standard of professionalism and dynamism as well as be ready to work under pressure. He should have a strong hands on mentality and be a team player.
Qualification / Experience
- A degree in Sales or Business Studies with 8 years sales experience, 4 of which should be at a senior level. Good understanding of CRS and CDS is required.

Position: Security Personnel
Responsibilities
Candidates for this position will be responsible for the managing of Arik Air’s ground security. Their principal responsibilities include among others:
- Protection of fife, property and premises
- Prevention of loss and waste
- Prevention and deterring of crime
- Patrolling of Arik Air assets and guarding of vulnerable points
Person Specifications
- Previous experience in a similar security role
- Sound knowledge of security policy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a pressurized environment
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, and diplomacy that may occur with staff members, visitors, contractors; suppliers and regular authorities,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle potential situation calmly
- OND/WAEC Cert.
- Health and safety awareness
- 5 years in security or a proven track record of working in a security role
- Physically and medically fit
