Position: New Product Development Engineer /Senior Engineer

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science from reputed Universities.
• M.Tech/ M.Sc degree will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of technologies such as VPN, IPLC MPLS, WiFi, PRI etc.
• Sound knowledge of fiber, DWDM, PDH & SON transmission.

 

 

Experience

• Must have 5-15 years of experience in enterprise product development or product management with a leading telco or ISP.

 

 

Responsibilities

• Stimulate and search ideas for development of new enterprise solutions
• Estimate technical feasibility for each concept o Assist with managing the product development process from the concept to the implementation phase.
• Conduct POC with technical teams, vendors and evaluate solutions (technology, features, costs, support).
• Review material (hardware and software) requirements and mange the end to end purchase process.
• Prepare technical documents and seek approval from all the internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain expertise by keeping abreast with latest technology trends and developments in the industry.

 

 

Position: Repair Engineer

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering Or Science From Reputed Universities
• Knowledge of IP Domain and Devices Fix And IP.
• Knowledge of Network Management System (NMS).
• Strong Knowledge of Fiber. DWDM, PDH & SDH Transmission.
• Working Knowledge of IP / MPLS Network
• Cisco Certifications (CCNA.CCNP) Will Be An Added Advantage.

 

 

Experience

• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in a Similar Role.

 

 

Responsibilities

• Fault Analysis and Troubleshooting Of SDH and PDH Links.
• Resolution of Technical Complaints,
• Commissioning and Integration Of Microwave and Optical Fiber Finks,
• Root Cause Analysis and Outages Mitigation Planning
• Arranging For Spares and Inventory.
