Triple Hands Professional Services is a firm of Auditors, Tax Consultants and, Recruitment Consultants.

One of our clients based in Yenogoa, Bayelsa State, which specialises in the dredging and construction industry seeks to fill the following vacancies:

Position: Store Supervisor

 Location: Yonegoa, Bayelsa State

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Code all the inventory in the store
  • Ensure all inventory tin in the store are orderly arranged
  • Receive request of material and gets approval from head accounts
  • Note the release  goods and the pending balance
  • Receive supplied parts and enter it into the store data base
  • Recommend to me head account for depleting items
  • Coordinates and restrict access into the store
  • Quantify items in the store to monitory value
  • Management of all store operational issues, to include   store   housekeeping,   store administrative duties, physical inventories, etc.
  • Manage store items, including reconciliation and delivery of request
  • Resolve store users problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions,
  • Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards.
  • Conduct regular store meetings.
  • Ensure employee awareness of safety and emergency procedures
  • Maintain and utilize surveillance equipment.
  • Execute and monitor loss prevention and shrink programs.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • B.Sc/HND in Accounting from a reputable University
  • Must have not less than five (5) years experiences in Accounts and Finance environment.
  • Must be able to use Peachtree Accounting Software
  • Must be able to use MS Office at least up to intermediate level
  • Ability to report to senior managers
  • Directing and managing the day-to-day activities in account department
  • Ability to work in a team

Position: Liaison Officer

Location: Yonegoa, Bayelsa State

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all company projects
  • Monitor and supervise all Group President Projects
  • Liaise with community for issues and make understanding with community groups for harmonious relations
  • Establish an effective communications system to keep the site team informed and maintain good relationships with the tenants and the team
  • Carry out doo-to-door home visits with local residents who may be involved in regeneration activity
  • Providing an overview of current and proposed regeneration projects
  • Working to establish accommodation needs and review future housing requirements
  • Dealing with people issues in positive manner and ensure tenant satisfaction is achieved
  • Coordinating work, questionnaires providing works information, dealing with queries, responding to complaints and resolving concerns
  • Report to Group President
  • Initiate/Generate technical instructions, site notes and other site observations.
  • Liaise with other disciplines for co-ordination issues

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Must possess a minimum of B.Sc/BA in any of the Social Sciences discipline, a graduate
  • Must not be less than 35 years
  • Must be a good communicator and negotiator
  • Must show evidence of holding similar position within the last five years.
