The prevention Organization Systems AIDS Care and Treatment Project (Pro-ACT) is USAID-funded project managed by Management Sciences for Health (MSH). The goal of the project is to build the capacity of Nigeria’s public/private institutions and communities to strengthen sustainable systems for HIV/AIDS and TB service delivery.
Position: Clinical Services Advisor (PMTCT/MNCH)
Location: Abuja
The Clinical Slices Advisor PMTCT/MNCH will provide technical support in the planning and implementation of integrated PMTCT/FP/MNCH services under the MSH PRO-ACT project in collaboration with the Ministry of Health. He/she will supervise field based clinical teams and will report to the Deputy Project Director. In addition he/she will be responsible for the planning, coordination and providing overall strategic direction for PMTCT/FP/MNCH programming as well as providing strong leadership to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians working in supported health facilities.

Position: HIV Quality Improvement Officer
Location: Abuja
Working under the supervision of the Senior Clinical Advisor, the HIV Quality Improvement (Q1) Officer will provide leadership for the implementation of HIV quality of care improvement activities under the PRO-ACT project in Nigeria. In addition he/she will be responsible for the planning, coordination and providing overall strategic direction for the roll out of Q1 initiatives of the PRO-ACT project as well as providing strong leadership to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians working in supported health facilities.
