Position: Construction Manager (Expatriate)
Job Description
- Responsible for spearheading the construction management of a program of multi-faceted projects country wide with a primary focus on Lagos.
- Construction supervision through pre-construction to handover whilst achieving quality, deadlines and budgets
- Coordinate subcontractors and the supply chain to deliver the project within programme and quality parameters
- Supervise project team such as mechanical and electrical engineering team to ensure that project timeline is met
- Develop and manage procedures and service quality to ensure efficient operation and ensure that HSE standards
- Ensure that individual and team performance targets are indentified, measured, feedback given and appropriate development or other corrective action taken.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- First Degree in Civil, Building, Engineering and related field. 8-10 years at higher level Project Management experience must have at least 5 years on-site experience in reviewing architectural and internal services in high rise an overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, resource allocation and budget.
- Experience from a Grade A construction company is an added advantage.
Position: Mechanical Engineers (Nigerian/Expatriate)
Job Description:
- Work within a team environment with other services engineers to meet design schedules.
- Knowledge and use of AutoCAD for document an bid preparation Perform engineering calculations & procurement, planning.
- Prepare system designs, and select equipment and components.
- Coordinate with other consultants to assist in the successful completion of project designs.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- A graduate of Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 8 years experience 4 of which must be in HVAC system design and AutoCAD experience
- Experience with sanitary, plumbing and sewage and water treatment installation.
- Understand applicable codes, industry guidelines, and other regulatory issues.
- Must have go()d project management skills.
