Position: Engineers (Nigerian/Expatriate)
Job Description:
- Installation and commissioning of external and internal electrical at projects site within time limits and within specified budget.
- Preparation of complete scope of work, the engineering plan. Master plan drawing and detail engineering on auto-CAD.
- Supervising the installation and snagging to project hand over to the customer.
- To coordinate with site engineers, project manager, contractors and vendors and customers for proper execution of projects.
- Ensure safety in site conditions
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- A graduate of Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years experience.
- Experience with generator installation, LV & HV panel and transformers maintenance and other utilities, CCTV, access control, elevators and external/internal lightings, lifts.
- Must be able to read and understand applicable codes, industry guidelines, and other regulator issues,
- Must have good project management and communication skills.
Position: Project Manager (Nigerian/Expatriate)
Job Description:
- Lead high-level projects of diverse scope and high complexity.
- Use established project management/tools to develop and execute plans including work plans schedules. milestones, critical paths, project scope.
- Demonstrate good judgment and dept of experience in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Obtain/manage/reallocate resources to meet necessary goals.
- Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders and management.
- Motivate the project teams, driving consensus and collaboration.
- Execute project within established capital and expense budgets, with monthly actual/forecast analysis and appropriate adjustments.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- A graduate of Building, Civil Engineering with higher project management certification or equivalent work experience – Masters degree a plus.
- 8+ years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in project management and office software (i.e. Prince II, Outlook, Excel, wood)
- In dept understanding and experience with building construction and maintenance of high-rise buildings.
- Demonstrated analysis/assessment capabilities.
