Our client, a leading bank, is a member of an International Financial group with range of Products in business & Personal banking, Corporate and Investment banking. In a bid to continue to meet the needs of the ever growing customer base and as a result of business growth, our client has employed the services of Workforce Management Centre Limited to source, suitable candidates for the following vacant roles.

 

Position: Business Banker (WFMC/07/01)

 

Locations:

Aba, Port Harcourt, Owerri, Akure, Ife, Ilorin, Ado-ekiti, Osogbo, Ilesa, Iwo, Ondo, Benin, Asaba, Warri, Awka, Onitsha, Kaduna, Kano, Sokoto, Lagos

 

Job Purpose:

To provide a basic, branch-based business banking sales and services facility to a portfolio of small business customers requiring uncomplicated and standardized financial product solutions.

 

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Promote and sell a range of banks product offerings and solutions that meet the financial needs of small business customers
  • Identifying sales leads for associate company stake holders e.g. vehicle and Asset Finance; Electronic Banking (Business Online); Card; etc
  • Process scored  credit applications within the confidential limit of authority and BRI scores
  • Conduct a needs analysis to identify customer needs effectively when opening new accounts or giving product advice, in line with financial Advisory and intermediary service Act license categories.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Banking preferably in relationship/transactional banking
  • Experience in Credit Origination

 

 

Position: Personal Banker (WFMC/07/02)

 

Locations: South- East, South- South, Lagos, South- West, Abuja, North

 

Grade: Banking Officer to Assistant Manager

 

Job Purpose:

Provide an efficient and technical – proficient personal banking services and support to a portfolio of branch based clients.

 

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Motivate credit applications for facilities according  to laid down procedures
  • Strategize on marketing the products of the bank to beat the other players on the market i.e. Competitors
  • Advices customers as well as prospective clients on all banking issues as well as financial matters
  • Identify major risks affecting clients and to ensure necessary steps are taken to measure, monitor and control these risks.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-5 years experience of product knowledge (General as well as investment related), competitors and competitor’s offerings and all Bank processes and branch procedures
  • Basic credit appraisal and analysis knowledge required
