Position: Operations Manager [WFM001]
The Role:
The role plans, directs and coordinates construction project, both residential and commercial. Working with other Project Managers and Engineers, the OM would ensure that projects meet building and safety standards and manage the progress and quality of construction. In addition, s/he prepares contracts and bids; estimates costs and makes schedules; and ensures projects stay within budget.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess B.Sc. or Higher Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10-15 overall years of experience in Construction industry and a minimum of 5years in a similar role. Advanced knowledge of the construction industry and company operations required.
- Exposure to Construction projects in Multinational organizations is a must. Candidate must have managed a multimillion dollar project before with a record of successful accomplishment.
Position: Project Managers [WFAI002]
The Role:
The Project Managers works will subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time, at the price budgeted and of the quality standard agreed upon with the project owner. He is responsible for communicating with the client or upper management echelons and is accountable for team actions and project development.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required.
- 7 years post qualification experience as a Project Engineer in a well structured Construction Company handling multimillion dollars project
- Professional certification in Project Management is required.
