Vacancies: Asst. Production Superintendent, Mechanical Engineer
Our Client, a wholly owned indigenous E&P Company, operating from its own l0, 00bbls crude processing station (Flow station), is currently expanding its operations and consequently looking to recruit strategic and positive minded individuals to fill the following positions in Lagos/Delta State.
Position: Asst. Production Superintendent
Role Summary:
Deliver timely and effective routine function* required of Production Unit / Operations Department
Major Accountabilities:
- Continually ensure maximum and smooth production of crude.
- Ensure that the Company’s field production and shipment operations are conducted within the existing DPR, and other governmental regulations and standards.
Competencies:
- Versatile experience with well control, drilling, mud logging, sidetracking and fishing procedures
- Possess attention to details, problem solving and leadership skills
Qualification:
- A good degree in B.Eng./Tech in Petroleum, Mechanical, Reservoir Engineering from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 7 years post professional Engineering qualification experience in continuous oil and gas field production with 3 years leadership experience.
Position: Mechanical Engineer
Role Summary:
Carryout analysis, modifying static/rotational equipment; and troubleshooting to provide remedial/mitigation solutions.
Major Accountabilities:
- Develops and test models of alternate designs and new processing methods to assess feasibility, operating condition effects
- Apply engineering principles and practices to emerging field in the design of new facilities.
Competencies:
- Versatile Working Knowledge of ASME, ANSI and API Engineering Designs
- Exposure to Project Management tools and Techniques.
- Pays keen attention to details.
Qualification:
- A good degree in B Eng./Tech in Mechanical, Structural or Civil Engineering from a reputable institution
- A minimum of 6 years relevant post graduate experience
